Cascade Mat Club is the perfect starting point for young and beginner wrestlers.
Open to children ages 4 and up, this program offers a fun, supportive environment where kids can learn the fundamentals of wrestling through games, drills, and light competition. Practices are led by Cascade High School’s Head Coach Spencer Crawford and Assistant Coach Cody Crawford, along with a team of experienced assistants and dedicated parent volunteers.
Cascade Mat Club focuses on building confidence, coordination, and foundational wrestling skills while teaching the values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or just starting out, this is a great place to begin their wrestling journey.

-Stationed in the NEW Wrestling room.
(Spencer and Cody Crawford will be known as the Head Club Coaches and will be running practices only with the help of other certified/volunteer assistant coaches/parents)
-$125 Season Fee

(25% discount given to 3rd and more athletes in the same family household)
